Site Analysis
Visit proposed building site and give advice on building placement, orientation, and how to maximize site potential.
Schematic Design
Meet with clients to discuss needs, wants, design style, etc. We then implement these items into an initial design which include proposed floor plans and elevations.
Design Development
Refining design aspects to better convey overall design intent. Implement interior and exterior rendering. *Implement custom interior millwork and customize kitchen and bath design.
Construction Documents
Once the design is complete, we finish the overall design process by producing annotated document sets for your contractor. These sets are completed using CAD technology and are done to highest technical accuracy possible.
Construction Administration
We can visit the site after completion of drawings to ensure implementation of these drawings are carried out. Duties can include many various tasks, and will be discussed with the clients on a per visit basis.

Master Planning
Many of our projects are designed in phases. We meet with the client to discuss and develop a master plan strategy that best suits their long term and short term needs, timeline, budget, and building site potential.
Site Selection
Advise client on what lots would help them best achieve their wants and needs.
Concept Planning
Guide client to a general design direction based off their wants and needs. This 1-4 hour service is typically used when a client has a very limited design budget and does not require precise drawings. We will provide concepts and direction via discussion and on site sketches.
Construction Administration
Help ensure and enforce general design intent conveyed in plans is being achieved on the construction site.
Interior Design
We offer a wide range of interior services with our on staff Interior Designer. Services include, but are not limited to: Finish selection, lighting schedules, paint schedules, plumbing schedules, tile and stone selection, exterior and interior color consultation, cabinetry, storage, and closet layout and configuration, interior millwork and molding profile selection, furniture layout and selections, and additional staging or styling services.
