Lake And Land Studio is an upscale residential design firm located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, specializing in custom homes tailored to our clients unique needs. We are currently seeking Residential Designers to join our design team. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, hardworking, has an eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about residential architecture.

Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines are met and clients goals are achieved.

- Work with project managers to refine design concepts and coordinate with team to ensure design excellence.

- Provide creative solutions to design challenges.

- Stay updated on industry trends and new design styles.

- Assist the lead designer in creating custom home designs that meet client expectations.

- Produce high quality Construction Documents for luxury, custom single-family homes.

Requirements:

- Residential design experience is preferred but not required.

- Strong Portfolio to show Creative and Artistic Skills

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in BIM software is preferred.

- Strong Communication skills for client and team interaction.

- Must work on site at Hattiesburg, MS office location with the entire team. Working remotely is not an option.

- Work minimum of 40 a week, Overtime is occasionally needed.
